My name is Cheryl, and I am an Administrative Specialist. I help smart, savvy Equine Professionals kick it in high gear, allowing my clients to focus on business, while I handle the administrative tasks.
I know that when you are running a busy, successful horse business (or working towards that goal), the help you need isn’t just with the horses, but with the associated administrative tasks that keep your equine business up and running. The same tasks that seem to keep you out of the barn and away from the very thing you are in business to do! I help with the administrative minutia so you can get out of YOUR office and have more time with your horse and/or clients.
There are so many things to take care of when you are a horse owner that the average person just doesn’t understand. Horses need daily attention, both feeding and grooming, regular vet and farrier visits; stalls, corrals and/or barns need to be cleaned and fresh bedding laid down. They need to be exercised; be it lunged, ridden and/or driven. And most importantly, they need to be loved.
These things alone can be quite time consuming in and of themselves; but when your livelihood is horses, there is even more to be done. That is when you need someone to step in and help. And that’s what I do!
WHAT IS AN “ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST” ANYWAY?
An Administrative Specialist is someone that provides ongoing administrative services in a long-term collaborative relationship. It’s like having a colleague that understands you and your business, and works with you to make everything run smoothly.
As a partner in business, I take on the administrative burden — that paperwork that seems never ending. By unburdening you from those tasks you have the time, energy and clear head to generate more income. It lets you relax and gives you some much-needed breathing room.
WHY IS THE EQUINE ADMIN UNIQUE?
I’ve had horses in the past which gives me an understanding of the horse world. For example, I know that feathers, frogs and chestnuts are not just about birds, amphibians and trees! And, while I do not have horses at the moment, I still have a great interest and passion for them. I have many friends in the horse world and, for now, live vicariously through them.
I am also a highly skilled administrative expert with decades of experience in brick and mortar businesses. Furthermore, I am a proud graduate of AssistU, the leader in professional training for Virtual Assistants.
Most importantly, I speak horse and I share your passion for both them AND your business.
