The single biggest complaint I hear from Equine Professionals is:
“I don’t have enough time!”
There are so many things to take care of when you are a horse owner that the average person just doesn’t understand. Horses need daily attention, both feeding and grooming, regular vet and farrier visits, stalls, corrals and/or barns need to be cleaned and fresh bedding laid down. They need to be exercised; be it lunged, ridden and or driven. And most importantly, they need to be loved.
These things alone can be quite time consuming. But when your livelihood is horses, there is even more to be done. That is when you need someone to step in and help. Many times the first thought is to find a young person willing to muck out stalls just for the opportunity to be around the horses and ride.
However, when you are running a busy, successful business (or working towards that goal), the help you need isn’t with the horses, but with the associated administrative tasks that keep your equine business up and running. The same tasks that seem to keep you out of the barn and away from the very thing you are in business to do!
That’s where I come in. My name is Cheryl, and I am an Administrative Professional commonly called a Virtual Assistant. I work from my own office, with smart, savvy equine professionals, like YOU, so you can get out of YOUR office and have more time with your horses and/or clients.
SO WHAT IS AN “ADMINISTRATIVE CONSULTANT” ANYWAY?
An Administrative Consultant, or Administrative Specialist – often called a Virtual Assistant – is someone that provides ongoing administrative services in a long-term collaborative relationship. It’s like having a colleague that understands you and your business and works with you to make everything run smoothly. As a partner in business, I take on the administrative burden, which allows you more time to generate more income. It lets you relax and gives you some breathing room.

WHY IS THE EQUINE ADMIN UNIQUE?
I spent much of my youth around horses (riding, training, showing and gymkhana) and while I currently do not have horses, I still have a great interest and passion for them. I am also a highly skilled administrative expert with over 20-years experience in brick and mortar businesses. I am a proud a graduate of AssistU, the leader in professional training for Virtual Assistants and I am also a member of the Administrative Consultants Association.
But most importantly, I speak horse and I share your passion for both them AND your business.
